The Pain Today

What writing PMs by hand actually costs you.

01

4 hours per PM.

Typing from scratch. Jumping between OEM manuals, spec sheets, and your CMMS templates. Repeat × 500 assets – that's a year of someone's life.

02

Inconsistent across engineers.

Every engineer has their own style. Tasks worded differently, OEM refs missed, LOTO steps skipped. Audit risk.

03

The deadline doesn't move.

Commissioning, handover or turnaround – the date is fixed. Plans written in a rush are plans your team pays for during the next five years.

What You Get

Concrete deliverables. Ready to load.

How it works

From OEM manuals to a loaded CMMS.

STEP 01

You send the inputs

OEM manuals (PDF, DOCX, even scanned), asset registry, failure history if you have it.

STEP 02

AI drafts the PMs

Tasks, intervals, tools, spares extracted and structured on your template, your numbering, your standards.

STEP 03

Engineers review

Safety, spares and OEM refs checked by senior reliability engineers – not just the AI.

STEP 04

Delivered, CMMS-ready

Word/PDF per asset + import files for SAP PM, Maximo, IFS. Load and go.

Transparent pricing

Estimate your project. Right now.

One fixed setup fee, then a unit price per PM that drops with volume. Slide to your asset count – the total updates live.

Volume pricing works like brackets: every PM beyond a threshold is billed at the lower rate, so the average price per PM keeps dropping as the project grows. The setup fee is charged once per project, whatever the volume. Final quote confirmed after a scoping call on your asset list and manuals.

Compare that to ~$400 per PM fully loaded when an engineer writes them by hand – and the 6 months of FTE it takes for 500 assets.
The Proof

Draft 50 PMIs in a week. Not a quarter.

The generator has drafted PM instructions across LNG plants, power stations, mining sites and refineries. Here's the manual workflow next to ours.

Not another AI pilot. You get finished, engineer-reviewed PM documents and import files. Most AI projects die in POC purgatory – this isn't one of them.
No IT project. You send manuals and a registry export. We send back documents and import files. That's the whole integration.
NDA-first.Your manuals and asset data stay isolated, never train public models, and are deleted after the engagement.
Remote-first. On-site when it helps. The generation runs remotely – and we join your commissioning or turnaround team on site when that's what the schedule needs.
FAQ

Questions you're probably asking.

Our OEM manuals are scanned PDFs from the 90s. Does that work?
Yes. The pipeline parses scanned PDFs, tables and diagrams. Where a manual is unreadable or missing, we flag the asset and draft from failure history, industry references and equivalent equipment – clearly marked for your review.
What output formats do you deliver?
Editable Word/PDF per asset on your template, plus import-ready files for SAP PM, Maximo, IFS or plain CSV for any other system. You tell us the target on the scoping call; the setup fee covers the format work.
Who validates the PMs – the AI?
No. The AI drafts; senior reliability engineers review every PM – safety steps, LOTO, spares, OEM references – before handover. Typical accept-rate after one review cycle: 90%+. You're always in control.
What does the setup fee cover?
Everything done once per project: ingesting your manuals and registry, configuring your PMI template, numbering and standards, and setting up the CMMS import format. After that, each PM is just the unit price.
Is this just another AI proof of concept?
No. You receive finished PM documents and import files, reviewed by engineers, on a fixed scope and schedule. The first batch lands within weeks – not after a pilot phase.
